Listing and Selling Knives
- Selling Fee:
- KnifeRevive charges a 5.0% selling fee on the final sale price of each knife. This fee is automatically deducted from the seller’s earnings upon the successful completion of a sale.
- Listing Requirements:
- All knives listed on KnifeRevive must meet our quality and condition standards. Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the condition, brand, and model of each knife.
- KnifeRevive reserves the right to edit or cancel listings that do not comply with our standards and requirements. Sellers will be notified of any changes made to their listings.
- Account Suspension:
- KnifeRevive reserves the right to suspend seller accounts during disputes or for any violation of our terms. This suspension may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the issue.
Buying Knives
- Marketplace Fee:
- A 3.0% marketplace fee is applied to the purchase price of each knife. This fee is added at checkout and will be clearly displayed before the transaction is completed.
- Buyer Responsibilities:
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing all details of the knife listing, including the condition, brand, and model, before making a purchase. All sales are final unless otherwise specified by the seller.
- Account Suspension:
- KnifeRevive reserves the right to suspend buyer accounts during disputes or for any violation of our terms. This suspension may be temporary or permanent, depending on the severity of the issue.
General Terms
- User Conduct:
- All users, both buyers and sellers, are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and respect for others on the KnifeRevive platform.
- Dispute Resolution:
- In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, KnifeRevive will act as a mediator to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to make final decisions on disputes and take necessary actions, including suspending or permanently blocking user accounts.
- Modifications to Terms:
- KnifeRevive reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
