Return Policy

KnifeRevive is a marketplace where return terms may depend on the product category and, for eligible knife listings, the return terms selected by the seller. Buyers should review the listing and any return indicator before purchasing.

This policy should be read together with the KnifeRevive Terms and Conditions.

Knife Returns

Knife listings that display a 🔄 return icon accept returns under the listing’s stated return terms.

The standard return window is 15 days.

The seller determines the return cost shown on the listing. Examples include:

  • 🔄 Free — returns are accepted with no seller-imposed return shipping charge.
  • 🔄 $5 — returns are accepted with a $5 return cost.
  • Other return amounts may be used when configured by the seller.

The return terms displayed on the product listing at the time of purchase should be treated as the seller’s applicable return terms.

If a buyer believes a knife is not as described, the buyer may request a return within the applicable return period.

KnifeRevive has the right to request reasonable information from the buyer regarding the item and its condition, including photographs or a description of the issue, before determining return eligibility.

KnifeRevive may review the listing description, photographs, seller disclosures, buyer-provided information, and the condition of the returned item when resolving the matter.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must honor the return policy displayed on their listing at the time the item was purchased.

Sellers are responsible for making their return terms clear, including any seller-set return cost.

If a seller is unsure whether a return should be accepted, or if there is a disagreement between the buyer and seller, the seller may refer the matter to the KnifeRevive marketplace for review.

Sellers may not advertise that a knife accepts returns and then refuse to follow the return terms shown on the listing without a valid marketplace-policy reason.

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers should review the product description, photographs, condition, category, and return terms before completing a purchase.

A buyer requesting a return must provide accurate information regarding the reason for the return and the condition of the item.

KnifeRevive may request photographs or other supporting information when evaluating whether an item is materially different from its listing.

Buyers should not alter, damage, sharpen, repair, disassemble, or materially change an item before requesting a return when the return claim concerns the item’s condition as received.

Marketplace Disputes

KnifeRevive may act as a marketplace mediator when a buyer and seller disagree about a return.

KnifeRevive may review the listing, seller disclosures, photographs, communications, buyer-provided evidence, shipping information, and other relevant information.

KnifeRevive may determine whether a return qualifies under the marketplace return policy and may take reasonable marketplace actions to resolve the dispute.
