One practical marketplace

KnifeRevive connects buyers and sellers. Sellers manage their listings and fulfillment, and the Support Crew can help with marketplace questions and mediate when an order doesn’t go as expected. Check the listing’s details and return terms before buying.

Returns & Cancellations

Sometimes things don’t work out. Eligible knife listings that accept returns have a 15-day return window, with the return cost set by the seller and shown on the listing. If an item isn’t as described, contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. See our Return Policy for eligibility, category rules, and the full terms.

Need to cancel? Contact the seller and the Support Crew as soon as possible, before the seller marks the order as shipped. A buyer’s cancellation request needs the seller’s approval; sending a message doesn’t automatically cancel an order. Sellers can also contact us with questions about cancellations, including buyer requests or an out-of-stock item.

Disputes

Missing an item, received something different from the listing, or having trouble sorting things out with a seller? Let the Support Crew know right away. We’ll review the listing, messages, photos, and shipping details and help mediate between buyer and seller to find a fair solution under the marketplace policy. We’re here to help keep trades safe and clear.
