Add your item demonstration
- Open your listing in ListLab and choose its video field.
- Record or choose one MP4 clip. New and replacement clips must be 15 seconds or less, use H.264 video and AAC audio, and fit the 12 MB upload limit. Export at 720p for a compact file.
- Show the actual item, including relevant wear. Keep the original orientation and describe important visual details.
- Add an accurate transcript for spoken content and important sounds. Request synchronized captions through support for narrated demonstrations.
- Save and publish the listing. Eligible in-stock listings appear automatically in Seller Cam.
Existing longer clips stay attached when you edit unrelated fields. Replacements follow the new limits.
Preview processing
A short, silent card preview needs a separately processed file. If processing is unavailable, your ordinary card keeps its photo and your full demonstration can play in Seller Cam. Your original remains attached.
Captions are important for prerecorded speech and meaningful audio. A transcript supports access but does not replace synchronized captions. See W3C prerecorded captions guidance.
